What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The District Of Huntingdonshire

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions

And Street Parking Places) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 2nd of May 2025 the Cambridgeshire County Council (“CCC”) has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers the effect of which is to:

Consolidate all waiting, loading and parking places Orders in the District of Huntingdonshire.

This Order supersedes the Order of the same name, which came into operation on the 19th of March 2025.

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on the 7th of May 2025, together with a map showing the effects of the Order and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for having made the Order, may be inspected at the office of the undersigned during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 2nd of May 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
