Hersey Street, Horsham Street and Liverpool Street - Prohibition of Waiting and Limited Waiting Parking Places
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford proposes to make the City Of Manchester (Hersey Street, Horsham Street And Liverpool Street,) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Limited Waiting Parking Places) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce: No Waiting At Any Time on: Hersey St - Both sides from the southerly projected kerbline of Liverpool Street for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction.
Horsham St - Both sides from the southerly projected kerbline of Liverpool Street for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction. Liverpool St - South side from a point 5 meters west of the western projected kerb line of Hersey Street, to a point 5 metres east of the eastern projected kerb line of Hersey Street. South side from a point 5 meters west of the western projected kerb line of Horsham Street, to a point 5 metres east of the eastern projected kerb line of Horsham Street. Proposed Limited Waiting Parking Place.
Operative 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday Waiting limited to 2 hours. No return within 2 hours on: Liverpool Street - from a point 5 metres east of the eastern projected kerb line of Hersey Street for a distance of 24 meters in an easterly direction with a width of 2 meters.
City Of Salford (Liverpool Street) (Prohibition Of Parking On Verge and Footway) Order 2025
The effect of the Order will be to introduce: No Parking at Any Time on Verge and Footway on: The verges and footways adjoining the south side of Liverpool Street from a point 5 metres east of the eastern projected kerb line of Hersey Street for a distance of 24 meters in an easterly direction.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a plan showing the proposals and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
