BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – NOUGHTY 90’S FESTIVAL

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:

Road Closure – Wilson Avenue from the junction of Marlow Road to the junction of Roedean Road:

Friday, 23 May 2025 – 21:00 to 23:30

Saturday, 24 May 2025 – 21:00 to 23:30

Sunday, 25 May 2025 – 21:00 to 23:30

During the event, under direction of event officials, these measures may be lifted to enable vehicular access for residents or for HGV through traffic.

The Order is necessary for the safe egress of people leaving Noughty 90's Festival.

This Order comes into force for the above dates and times.
