Kirklees Metropolitan Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2004 (as amended)

NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees intends to vary the charges for parking at the off-street parking places set out in the Schedule below in accordance with Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the variation will be to change the current scale of the charges in the off-street parking places (car parks) in Dewsbury Town Centre as shown in the schedule below.

The new charges will come into force on Monday 9th June 2025
