Perry Green Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Tree Cutting & Pole Testing Works
What is happening?
Somerset Council Parish of Wembdon Temporary Closure of Perry Green Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Perry Green Road - from the junction with Perry Wood Farm Approach, westwards for a total distance of 303 metres. This Order will enable Openreach to carry out tree cutting and pole testing works.
The Order becomes effective on 6th May 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 12th May 2025 and last until 12th May 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
