TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES, TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTIONS, TEMPORARY ONE-WAY SUSPENSION, – VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2025 (No.17)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: These parts of the following roads:

1. Manor Park Drive, Yateley, Hart between its junction with Reading Road and its junction with Handford Lane

2. Macrae Road, Yateley, Hart between its junction with Hall Lane and its junction with Firgrove Road

3. Shambury Lane North, Botley, Eastleigh between its junction with Winchester Road and its junction with Strodley Lane

4. The Lane, Exchequer, Basingstoke between its junction with Knightsbridge Lane and its junction with Southwood Road

TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road:

B3049 Red Lane, Little London, Basingstoke between its junction with Silchester Road and its junction with 60mph speed limit change sign

ROADS TO BE CLOSED TO VEHICLES AND ACCOMPANIED HORSES –

Sirius Lane, Upham, Winchester between its junction with Durley Street/Winters Hill and its junction with Winchester Road

Alternative route: Winchester Road, Winters Hill

TEMPORARY ONE-WAY SUSPENSION – To temporarily suspend the one-way system on the following road:

Elm Avenue, New Milton, New Forest the one-way restriction between B3058 and Old Milton Road will be suspended for the duration of the works

DURATION: The order will come into effect on 30th May 2025 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order. Actual works may not require closure for the whole of this period.) Works will vary according to technical and operational requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to works commencing (or where not in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises where possible.
