Kimbridge Lane, Mottisfont - Temporary Road Closure due to Rail Renewal Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – KIMBRIDGE LANE, MOTTISFONT, TEST VALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Kimbridge Lane between two points approx. 20m either side of the level crossing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A3057, B3084
DURATION OF ORDER: from 11th May 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, working between the hours 05:00-19:00).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Network Rail to carry out rail renewal works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order, please contact: nicola.welsh@centuriontraffic.com
Network Rail will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
