Notice is hereby given that on 02/05/25 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce the restrictions specified below:- Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking At Any Time With Exemptions Roecliffe, Bar Lane (C263), South East side from a point 10m East of its junction with Brickyard Road (U3435) to a point 10m West of its junction with Brickyard Road (U3435). Roecliffe, Brickyard Road (U3435), North West side from its junction with Bar Lane (C263) to a point 19.7m South Westerly direction of its junction with Bar Lane (C263). Roecliffe, Brickyard Road (U3435), South East side from its junction with Bar Lane (C263) to a distance of 253.2m South Westerly direction of its junction with Bar Lane (C263). Roecliffe, Brickyard Road (U3435), North West side from a point 219.4m South West of its junction with Bar Lane (C263) to a point 249.4m South West of its junction with Bar Lane (C263). Roecliffe, Brickyard Road (U3435), North West side from a point 124m South West of its junction with Bar Lane (C263) to a point 154.7m South West of its junction with Bar Lane (C263). If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 02/05/25 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
