Gorchymyn Creu Llwybr Cyhoeddus (Afon Gwenfro hyd Ffordd Glanhelyg Pentref-î-fron Coedpoeth) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam 2024

Ar 29 Ebrill 2025, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed dan adran 26 Deddf Priffyrdd 1980.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd i efelychu creu llwybr cyhoeddus sy’n dechrau o ganol y bont droed sy’n croesi Afon Gwenfro yn SJ 2822 5215 ac yn parhau yn gyffredinol i’r de-orllewin ar hyd trac oddeutu 370 metr i’r gyffordd â Heol Willowbank yn SJ 2793 5192 fel y dangosir ar Fap y Gorchymyn.

Mae copi o’r Gorchymyn fel y’i cadarnhawyd a Map y Gorchymyn wedi’u gosod a gellir eu gweld am ddim yn Swyddfeydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, LL11 1AY rhwng 9.00am a 4.30pm, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Gellir cael copïau o’r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn am ddim o Neuadd y Dref.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 06 Mai 2025, ond os yw unrhyw unigolyn yn teimlo ei fod wedi’i dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ac os yw’n amaeu ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo, ar sail nad yw o fewn pwerau Deddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel y’i diwygiwyd, neu ar sail na chyflawnwyd unrhyw un o’r ofynion o Ddeddf, fe’i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw reolau a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn cysylltiad â’r Gorchymyn, gellir, dan baragraff 2 Atodlen 2 y Ddeddf neu o fewn rhagaraff 5 Atodlen 6 y Ddeddf, o fewn 6 wythnos o 02 Mai 2025, wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A PUBLIC PATH CREATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

The Wrexham County Borough Council (River Gwenfro to Willowbank Road, Pentref-îr-fron, Coedpoeth) Public Path Creation Order 2024

On 29 April 2025, Wrexham County Borough Council confirmed the above Order made under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to create a public footpath commencing from the centre of the footbridge crossing the River Gwenfro at SJ 2822 5215 and continuing generally south west along a track for approximately 370 metres to the junction with Willowbank Road at SJ 2793 5192 as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Offices of Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham, LL11 1AY from 9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge from the Guildhall.

The Order comes into force on 06 May 2025, but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 02 May 2025, make an application to the High Court.
