Oakhill Crescent - Prohibition Of Waiting And Loading Bay
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council has on 29 April 2025 made the City of Salford (Oakhill Crescent, Walkden) (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading Bay) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order will give effect to the following provisions: 1. No Waiting at Any Time Oakhill Crescent (i) W side, from 45m N of Devonshire Rd, northerly for 37.5m (ii) S side, from Oakhill Crescent westerly for 12m; and (iii) N side, from Oakhill Crescent westerly for 15.5m. 2. Goods Vehicle Loading / Unloading Parking Place, All Times on All Days Oakhill Crescent, S side, from 12m west of Oakhill Cres westerly for 14m. The Order will come into effect on 13 May 2025. Copies of the Order and plan are available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Rd, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from 29 April 2025 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
