THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BLACK SCOTCH LANE, MANSFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC
REGULATION ORDER 2025 (2277)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an
Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management
Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions
(County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as
amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of road at Mansfield in the District
of Mansfield: -
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road:
Black Scotch Lane (east side)
From a point 34 metres south of its junction with Berry Hill Lane in a southerly
direction for 4 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 8 th MAY 2025.
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive
parking.
