Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic – Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 –
Various Locations Within Macclesfield
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit and restrict traffic.
Prohibition and restriction of traffic –
Flash Lane, Prestbury – For the full extent
Buxton Road, Bosley – For the full extent
Leek Road, Bosley – For the full extent
Buxton Road, Wincle – For the full extent
Buxton Road, Macclesfield Forest and Wildboarclough – For the full extent
Leek Road, Gawsworth – For the full extent
For specific diversions please visit one.network
This order will come into operation on Monday 19 May 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 30 May 2025.
