The County of Cornwall (B3274 From Ruddlemoor To Bodmin Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for works to replace pipe and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 20th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - B3274 From Ruddlemoor To Bodmin Road, St Austell between properties Verona and Medernlea. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd June 2025 to 4th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Dunders Hill, Wadebridge from junction with Trenant Close to outside property known as Westholme.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carlyon Bay.

This prohibition is necessary for drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 11th July 2025.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Fairway, Carlyon Bay from junction with Beach Road to outside property known as The Roseland.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Par Moor Road, Harbour Road, Par) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 5th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for vegetation clearance on Network Rail bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th May 2025 to 1st June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2330 and 0700 on the following dates only: 24th May 2025, 31st May 2025, weekends included.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Harlyn Bay Road, Padstow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.

This prohibition is necessary for repairs to defective reinstatement and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th June 2025 to 6th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 5th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2025 to 21st May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay.

This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 5th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 5th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Polpey Lane, Par from junction with Polmear Hill to property known as Meadow View.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Ranelagh Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 7th June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included. Road affected - Ranelagh Road, St Austell from outside of Morven Windows to junction with Clifden Road.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 18th March 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Quintrell Road To Junction North Of Manuels Farm, Newquay from junction with West Road to junction near Guernsey House. The Order which commenced on the 19th March 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 16th May 2025.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of drainage works in carriageway and creating two turning heads for the future when the railway crossing will be closed. Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 27th August 2020 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Rostowrack Downs to Goonamarris Goonamarris St Stephen between its junction with Access to Goonvean China Clay Works and grid reference SW 95027:55775.

The Order which commenced on the 28th August 2020 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 1st August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to concerns over the structural stability of the road. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
