Whitings Road, Barnet - Temporary Road Closure due to Raised Table Construction
What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
WHITINGS ROAD EN5
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate the undertaking of civil works in relation to the construction of a raised table, they intend to make an Order which will close Whitings Road EN5 outside No.8 Whitings Road, while works take place.
The works will commence on Saturday 24th May 2025 at 8am and is expected to last for 7 days.
The alternative route for motorists will be via Chesterfield Road, Stanhope Road, Nupton Drive and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
