Barnes Wallis Road, Fareham - Temporary Traffic Restriction due to resurfacing works
What is happening?
Temporary Road Closure – Barnes Wallis Road & Drummond Road, Fareham
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: Barnes Wallis Road between its junction with Drummond Road and its junction with Brunel Way. Drummond Road between its junction with Barnes Wallis Road and its junction with Brunel Way.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Drummond Road, Brunel Way, Barnes Wallis Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Tuesday 29th April 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Friday 2nd May 2025 and working between the hours 18:00-06:00).
