Market Place, Acton - Temporary Traffic Order for Filming
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
NOTICE OF MAKING OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER FOR FILMING AFFECTING: MARKET PLACE, ACTON.
Ealing Council had made the following temporary traffic order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and section 12 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2008:
Title of order
This order can be referred to as: Temporary traffic order for filming - TT 4686 Market Place, Acton - 2025.
Reason for order
This order is needed to allow for filming to take place on or near the public highway.
Effect of order
1. This order will close Market Place between its junctions with High Street and Churchfield Road, Acton.
2. The following temporary restrictions on vehicle movements will take effect from 06.00hrs until midnight on 29th April 2025. And 06.00hrs until 00.00hrs midnight on 30th April 2025.
(a) No entry into the fully closed section of Market Place.
3. No waiting, loading, or unloading on either side of the carriageway within the fully closed section.
4. The above temporary restrictions and prohibitions will only apply at specified locations where appropriate traffic signs are provided and displayed in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual.
5. While the temporary restrictions are in place, displaced vehicles should follow the diversions displayed in place to reach their destinations and comply with any traffic management measures.
6. This Order does not apply to:
(a) anything done at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a police community support officer (PCSO).
(b) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance.
Date and time order will come into force.
29th April 2025 from 06.00hrs.
Maximum duration of order
The filming is expected to be completed on 30th April 2025 at 00.00hrs midnight.
