The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction) 

(Road From Ford Mill Cross To Giffords Cross, Bampton/Huntsham) Order 2025 
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 7/5/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 19/5/25. 

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Road From Ford Mill Cross To Giffords Cross, Bampton/Huntsham. 

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Wood End -Stag Mill - Uplowman - Uplowman Road - Post Hill - Blundells Road - A396 Heathcott Way -A361 - Bohlam Round About - A396 - Exeter Inn Round About - B3227 - Bampton - B3227 - Hukely Bridge & Vice Versa.

(North Devon Link Road [A361], Tiverton) (No. 2) Order 2025 
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 2/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 10/6/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: NORTH DEVON LINK ROAD [A361], TIVERTON. 

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A396 - Blundells Road - Post Hill - Road Heading East From Hartnoll Cross - High Street - Road From Shuteslade Farm To Battens Cross-Turnpike - Lower Town - Road From Moorend House To Huntland Hill Cross & Vice Versa. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DRAINAGE NIGHTWORKS.

Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 3/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 13/6/25.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Road From Binneford Cross To Hook Farm & Road From Pitton Cross To Hook Farm, Yeoford/Cheriton Bishop. 

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Pitton Cross To Thorn Cross To Bowden Cross To Hask Lane To Old A30 To Whiddon Down Junction To Road Past Homefield To Dennis Down Cross To Hittisleigh To Road Down Cross To Binneford Cross To Site & Vice Versa.

(Road From Exeter Road To Clan Farm, Cullompton) Order 2026 
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 9/5/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 5/11/27. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: Road From Exeter Road To Clan Farm, Cullompton. 

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - B3181 (Exeter Road), A373 (Honiton Road), A375 (Exeter Road), A30, A3015, B3212, B3181 & Vice Versa. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: BRIDGE WORKS. 

Includes 30mph Speed Restriction From The Woodmill Elysium Healthcare To Nags Head Railway Bridge. 

It Is Anticipated That The Road Will Be Closed For Two Periods, Saturday 9th May 2026 To Sunday 17th May 2026 & Saturday 12th June 2027 To Sunday 4th July 2027. 

In Addition To The Anticipated Closures Periods The Road May Also Need To Be Closed At Night On An Ad Hoc Basis, Within The Road Closure Notice Period. 

All Closures May Be On Consecutive Days Or On Separate Days Depending Upon Site, Weather Conditions & Works Required. 

Advanced Warning Signs For The Road Closure Will Be Placed On Site At Least 7 Days Before The Planned Commencement Of Each Period Of Work.
