The Leicester (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024
Notice Of Variation Of Parking Charges
The Council hereby gives NOTICE in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, of its intention, not less than twenty one days from the date of this notice, to vary the current parking tariff for “Pay and Display” off-street parking and permit prices in Schedule 2 of the Leicester (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 as shown below. This Notice of Variation comes into force on 23rd day of May 2025.
The figures in brackets show the rates before 23rd of May 2025. The figures in bold show the new charges.

The car parks listed in both table 1 and 2 show the new parking tariffs and will update the Leicester (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (as amended). Restrictions for use and penalties for non-compliance with parking provisions remain the same.
