Elburton Road, Cycle Lane - Temporary Prohibition of Cycling For Ducting Works

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (ELBURTON ROAD CYCLE LANE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF CYCLING ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

1. To close the cycle lane on:

- Elburton Road - inbound between Springfield Road and Stanborough Road

The prohibition of cycling will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 2nd June 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months.

It is anticipated that the ducting works will commence on the 2nd June 2025 until 4th June 2025 09:30 - 15:30.
