Temporary Variation of One-Way Traffic Prohibition Order 2025
Borough of Telford and Wrekin (“the Council”)
Notice is hereby given that the Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) and Part IV Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and all other enabling powers has made the Borough of Telford and Church Street, Jackfield Temporary Variation of One-Way Traffic Prohibition Order 2025 under section 14(1) and Part IV Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”). The Order is to be made in accordance with section 14(1)(b) of the Act because of a likelihood of danger to the public whilst the pole works take place. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily suspend the provisions in Church Street Jackfield (On Way Traffic Order) to enable vehicular traffic to travel in both directions along Church Street, Jackfield for the duration of the Order. The order will become operational at on 7/5/25 and will remain in force until 7/5/25.
