(Prohibition Of Stopping, Waiting, Loading And Parking Places) Order 202-
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the South West Outer Bath Area:-
1. Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Ambleside Road, Monksdale Road, Southdown Road, Sladebrook Road, Haycombe Drive, Newton Road, How Hill, Upper Bloomfield Road, Bloomfield Drive, Monksdale Road, Poplar Close, Roundhill Grove, Mount Road, Southdown Road, Bellotts Road, Moorfields Road, Bloomfield Park, The Oval, Kelston View, Whimster Court, Shaws Way, Watery Lane, East Close, Hatfield Road, Clarks Way, Breachwood View, Middlewood Close, Orchid Drive, King George’s Road, Lansdown View, Shophouse Road, Dartmouth Avenue, Monksdale Road, St Kildas Road, Bath.
2. Introduce a Disabled Bay in lengths of Garrick Road, Moorland Road, Dorset Close and Highland Road, Bath.
3. Introduce No Stopping At Any Time on School Keep Clear markings in lengths of Lymore Terrace and Lymore Avenue, Bath.
4. Introduce Zone 28 Permit Holder Only parking operating 8am - 6pm in lengths of Oldfield Road and Bellotts Road, Bath.
5. Proposed removal of a section of No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Moorfields Drive, Bath.
6. Proposed extension of Resident Parking Zone 28 to cover Claude Terrace and 35 Bloomfield Avenue, Bath.
7. Introduce a 20 minute Limited Waiting Bay operating between Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm in lengths of High Street, Twerton, Bath.
8. Introduce dual use Zone 28 Permit Holder/3 Hour Limited Waiting, operating 8am - 6pm in lengths of Monksdale Road and Beckhampton Road, Bath.
9. Introduce 2 hour limited waiting, operating 8am - 6pm in lengths of Dartmouth Avenue, Bath.
10. Extension of No Parking Between 8am - 6pm in lengths of Bloomfield Avenue, Bath.
