Temporary Road Closure Order On Trenton Drive, Derby
WHEN: 02 June 2025
WHERE: Trenton Drive, from opposite number 15 to outside number 12
REASON: Telecom works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Newhaven Road – Sanderson Road – Lexington Road – Chesapeake Road – Trenton Drive and the same in the opposite direction
Temporary Road Closure Order On Canal Street, Derby
WHEN: 12 July 2025 to 13 July 2025
WHERE: Canal Street, from its junction with New Street for a distance of approximately 36 metres in a southerly direction
REASON: Drainage works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Canal Street – Park Street – Midland Road – Railway Terrace – Siddals Road – Canal Street and the same in the opposite direction
Temporary One Way Road Closure Order On Ascot Drive, Derby
WHEN: 19 May 2025 to 23 May 2025 (21.00 to 06.00) Overnight Only
WHERE: Ascot Drive, inbound from its junction with London Road to The Derby Conference Centre car park exit.
REASON: Telecom works

WHEN: 19 May 2025 to 31 May 2025 (Daily: 22:00 to 06:00 – Mon to Sat Overnight Only)
WHERE: Phase 1A – Nottingham Road, from its junction with Meadow Lane to its junction with Sunny Grove Phase 1B – Nottingham Road, from its junction with Sunny Grove to its junction with Lyndhurst Grove Phase 1C – Derby Road, from its junction with Oregon Way to its junctions with Acorn Way and Raynesway Phase 1D – Derby Road (Service Road), at its junction with Eden Road REASON: Construction work

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derby City Council proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III if schedule 9 to the 1984 Act proposes to make the following Orders.
