ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Headington, Footpath 74 - 84 Leiden Road

Date of Order: 12 May 2025

Coming into force: 19 May 2025

This Order is being introduced because of electrical maintenance on behalf of SSEN which is anticipated to be completed 4 June 2025. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily part of the footpath in front of Nos. 74 - 84 Leiden Road. Exemptions are included for emergency services, for Works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of footpath. The alternative route will be signed along the Leiden Road, Atkyns Road and Wood Farm Road. Appropriate signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. (Ref: T15330/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Oxford – Middle Way

Prohibition of Through Traffic

Date of Order: 28 April 2025

Coming into force: 06 May 2025

This Order is being introduced because of gas service works which are anticipated to be completed 13 June 2025. This is a 24 hour road closure.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in part of Middle Way from outside 53 Middle Way to the junction of Hobson Road.

Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for will be sign posted locally.

This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T15366/AC)
