What is happening?

Parking & Waiting
Restrictions – Lisburn

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make
an Order entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions
(Lisburn) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025.
The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading
and unloading not permitted) on a length of Barrack Street,
Lisburn. It will also prohibit vehicles waiting between 8.00
a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive (loading
and unloading permitted) on a length of Barrack Street,
Lisburn. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibitions in
certain circumstances.

with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected
free of charge during office hours within the period below
at the Department’s DfI TRAM Eastern Division, Network
Traffic, Hydebank House, 4a Hospital Road, Ballydollaghan,
Belfast, BT8 8JL or viewed online at

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment
only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail
address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday
to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
Any person may, within a period of 22 days from the
date of publication of this Notice, object or make other
representations to the proposal in writing to the Department
at the address above or by emailing

infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
