D330 Norwood Hill, Charlwood
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2025

On 30 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 

1. Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D330 Norwood Hill, Charlwood. 

2. Suspend the “Surrey County Council Various Roads in Mole Valley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.3) 2023” insofar as affects D330 Norwood Hill, Charlwood. 

3. Suspend the “Surrey County Council C57 Norwood Hill, Charlwood Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025” in its entirety. 

This Traffic Order is required to enable Sutten and East Surrey Water to carry out service pipe replacement and/or connection and/or maintenance works in D330 Norwood Hill, Charlwood outside “Greenstead Hall Farm”. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out within 3 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians, and dismounted cyclists and equestrians, will be maintained at all times. 

Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained via the vehicular diversion route:- Smalls Hill Road, Tapners Road, Bunce Common Road, Newdigate Road, Clayhill Road, Broad Lane, Partridge Lane, Blanks Lane, Stan Hill and Norwood Hill Road.


Caterfield Lane (D408) Crowhurst
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 25 April 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Caterfield Lane (D408) Crowhurst as extends from its junction with Dwelly Lane/Red Lane (C85) and its junction with Park Road (D419); and (b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Various Roads in Tandridge Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.5) 2023” insofar as it relates to the length of carriageway in (a).

Alternative route – Crowhurst Road, Haxted Road and Dwelly Lane, or this route in reverse.

The Order is required to allow Volker Highways to facilitate essential railway repairs and all associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 months during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.


Springbottom Lane (D387) Bletchingley
Temporary Speed Limit Order 2025

On 25 April 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 30mph speed limit on that length of Springbottom Lane (D387) Bletchingley as extends from points 60 and 210 metres west of the entrance to the property known as “Quarry House”.

The Order is required to allow SES Water to facilitate the replacement of a lead supply and all associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary speed limit will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.


Ricketts Hill Road (D446) Tatsfield
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 25 April 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Ricketts Hill Road (D446) Tatsfield as extends from its junction with Old Lane (X446) and its junction with Manor Road (X45055).

Alternative route – Ricketts Hill Road, Ship Hill, Approach Road, B2024 (Clarks Lane, Croydon Road), A25 (High Street, Brasted Road), A233 (Beggars Lane, London Road, Westerham Hill Road, Main Road), Lebanon Gardens, Stock Hill and Sunningvale Avenue, or this route in reverse.

The Order is required to allow Down to Earth Tree Ltd to facilitate tree trimming and all associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 days during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.


Brighton Road (A217) Banstead
Temporary Prohibition of Left Turn Order 2025

On 30 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles that are travelling northbound on the slip road of Brighton Road (A217) Banstead from turning left into (A2022) Fir Tree Road. 

Alternative Route: (A217) Brighton Road. 

This Temporary Traffic Order is required to facilitate installation of fire hydrant chamber works and/or any other associated works to be carried out for, or on behalf of SES Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 10am and 4pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary prohibition will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

The above restriction shall not apply to vehicles being used in relation to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; or in accordance with any restrictions or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police.


Various in Reigate and Banstead
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.3) 2025

On 30 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to:- 

(a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule to this Notice; and 

(b) suspend the Order which imposes a prohibition of heavy commercial vehicles exceeding 7.5 Tonnes only insofar as it relates to the entire length of B278 Rectory Lane, Woodmansterne. 

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate carriageway surfacing works and/or major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 5 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure and suspension of the Order will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. 

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route.

Schedule
1. (a) the entire length of B2217 High Street, Banstead; (b) that length of B2219 Bolters Lane, Banstead which comprises the entire length of the roundabout situated at or adjacent to the junctions of B2217 High Street and B2219 Bolters Lane; (c) that length of B2219 Bolters Lane, Banstead which extends from its junction with D1066 High Street Service Road for 2 to 22 and Shopping Parade northwards to its roundabout junction with B2217 High Street; (d) the entire length of the circulatory carriageway (mini-roundabout) situated at or adjacent to the junctions of B2217 Sutton Lane, B2217 High Street, C134 Park Road, Banstead; (e) that length of B2217 Sutton Lane, Banstead which extends from its junction with B2217 High Street northwards for a distance of 30m; (f) that length of C134 Park Road, Banstead which extends from its junction B2217 Sutton Lane southwards for a distance of 30m.

Coulsdon Lane (C136) Chipstead
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Coulsdon Lane (C136) Chipstead as it extends from its junction with How Lane (D1080) to a point 180 metres east of this junction.

Alternative Route – How Lane, Hollymead Road and Coulsdon Lane, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable Openreach to facilitate pole testing and associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 May 2025 for 1 day. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.


War Coppice Road (D1441) Caterham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of War Coppice Road (D1441) Caterham.

Alternative Route – Stanstead Road, B2030 (Church Hill), Harestone Valley Road and Weald Way, or this route in reverse.

The Order is required to allow Openreach to facilitate pole replacement and all associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 28 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.


Various Roads in Horley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1), 14(5) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: 1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice; and 2. suspend The Borough of Reigate and Banstead (Albert Road, Horley) (Part) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1985” insofar as it relates to the alternative route.

This Order is required to enable SGN to facilitate gas main replacement and associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 26 May 2025 for 1 month. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Schedule
(a) that length of Albert Road (D350) between its junction with Brighton Road (A23) and a point 10 metres south of this junction. Alternative route – High Street, Yattendon Road and Oakwood Road.

(b) that length of Southlands Avenue (D555) between its junction with Brighton Road (A23) and a point 10 metres north of this junction. Alternative route – Horley Row and A23 (Brighton Road and Balcombe Road) or A23 (Brighton Road) and Horley Road.

Waterhouse Lane (C135) Kingswood
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No. 2) 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Waterhouse Lane (C135) Kingswood as it extends from its junction with Brighton Road (A217) to the eastern boundary of the property known as “Thirlmere House”; and (b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Waterhouse Lane (C135) Kingswood Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No. 4) 2024” insofar as it relates to the length of road in (a).

Alternative Route – A217 (Brighton Road) and B2032 (Bonsor Drive), or B2032 (Bonsor Drive), A217 (Brighton Road), A240 (Reigate Road), B2221 (Tattenham Way) and A217 (Brighton Road).

This Order is required to enable Nick Kenward Construction Ltd to facilitate S278 footway works and associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 May 2025 for 1 month. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for residents, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.


Mill Road (D300) South Holmwood
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of Mill Road (D300) South Holmwood as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “Stable Cottage” to its junction with (X8168) Mill Bottom. 

Alternative Route: Mill Road, (A24) Horsham Road, (A24) Deepdene Avenue, Chart Lane South, Blackbrook Road, and Mill Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate new mains water connection works for, or on behalf of SES Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 27 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.


The Street (C57) and (D326) Charlwood
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) The Street (C57) Charlwood as extends from its junction with northernmost arm of (D326) The Street to its junction with (C57) Norwood Hill Road and (D323) Rectory Lane; (b) prohibit vehicles that are travelling on The Street (D326) Charlwood from turning left into (C57) The Street. 

Alternative Route: The Street, Horley Road, Charlwood Road, Reigate Road, (A217) Reigate Road, Horse Hill, Collendean Lane, and Norwood Hill Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate water utility works for, or on behalf of SES Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 9.30am and 4pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 19 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for emergency services, residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. 

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.


Tollgate Road (D2829) Dorking
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; 

(a) Tollgate Road (D2829) Dorking as extends from its junction with (A2003) Flint Hill to its junction with (X14074) Martineau Drive; 

(b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Tollgate Road (D2829) Dorking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety. 

Alternative Route: (A2003) Flint Hill, Goodwyns Road, Stubs Hill, and Tollgate Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate new water connection works for, or on behalf of Barkemp Construction Ltd. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 14 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 26 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Mere Road (B2220) Tadworth
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Mere Road (B2220) Tadworth as extends from its junction with (B290) New Road and (B2220) Tadworth Street to its junction with (X25162) Withybed Corner. 

Alternative Route: Deans Lane, (B2032) Dorking Road, and (B290) New Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate utility works for, or on behalf of Circet UK. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 28 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.


Gangers Hill (C72) Woldingham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Gangers Hill (C72) Woldingham as extends from its junction with (C75) The Ridge to its junction with (C73) Tandridge Hill Lane. 

Alternative Route: Tandridge Hill Lane, (A25) Oxted Road, Barrow Green Road, Chalkpit Lane, and The Ridge, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate replacement telecom pole works for, or on behalf of BT Openreach. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.


Hollow Lane (C91) Dormansland
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hollow Lane (C91) Dormansland as extends from its junction with (D462) New Farthingdale to its junction with (D462) Beacon Hill. 

Alternative Route: Hollow Lane, High Street, Wilderwick Road, Sandhawes Hill, (A264) Holtye Road, Shepherds Grove, and Hollow Lane, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate replacement of telecom telegraph pole works for, or on behalf of BT Openreach. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.


Various Roads in Tandridge
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice. 

This Order is required to facilitate mains water utility works for, or on behalf of SES Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 12 days, at 6 locations, all between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 26 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, which are anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for emergency services, residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. 

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.

Schedule
(1) that length of Scotts Hill (C70) Outwood as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “Westview” to its junction with (C70) Normans Road and (D369) Cogmans Lane. 

Alternative Route: Normans Road, Chapel Lane, Rookery Hill, Millers Lane, and Scotts Hill, or this route in reverse.

(2) the entire length of Normans Road (C70) Smallfield. Alternative Route: Chapel Lane, Rookery Hill, Millers Lane, and Scotts Hill, or this route in reverse.

(3) that length of Chapel Road (C67) Smallfield as extends from its junction with (C70) Normans Road to its junction with (D470) Careys Wood. 

Alternative Route: Chapel Road, Weatherhill Road, Hathersham Lane, Crossoak Lane, Picketts Lane, Axes Lane, Green Lane, Dayseys Hill, Rookery Hill, and Chapel Lane, or this route in reverse.


British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride
(Temporary Traffic Measures) Order 2025

Surrey County Council proposes to make the above mentioned Temporary Order, pursuant to Sections 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) the effect of which will be to (1) Prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice or any parts thereof. Such restriction shall also apply in relation to the riding, leading or driving of horses or any other animals; and (2) Impose a one-way driving restriction in the entire length of Chapel Road (C67) Smallfield, so that all vehicles shall proceed in a northerly direction. The Order will come into effect on 15 June 2025, for a period of one day, but will only be operative whilst the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

This Order is required to facilitate the holding of an on-road cycling event, namely The British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride 2025. 

The Order will not apply to such pedal cycles or other vehicles being used in connection with the said event, or anything done on the direction, or with the permission, or a police constable in uniform or a traffic marshal, or any sign placed by Surrey Police. 

Emergency access will be maintained for the police, fire brigade and ambulance services and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water, or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic. 

No exemption will apply for disabled persons’ vehicles and all parking places in the lengths of roads specified in this Notice will be suspended. Access for residents will be maintained where possible, however the Council are satisfied that, in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road to which this Order relates, or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising, or for facilitating the passage of vehicular traffic on the road, vehicular access to premises situated in the roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted, save for emergency access as indicated above. Access for pedestrians will be unaffected. 

It is anticipated that the closures will operate in the Borough of Reigate and Banstead between 5am and 2pm and in the District of Tandridge between 5am and 4pm, though roads will reopen earlier if it is safe to do so. The Council are also satisfied that in accordance with subsection 

(3) of Section 16A of the Act, that the event to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road. Such is the length of the route and the nature of the closure, the Council does not consider it practical to recommend alternative routes for traffic, however, it will be possible to cross the route via Outwood Lane (Woodmansterne), A23 London Road South (Merstham) and A25 High Street/Bletchingley Road (Nutfield), though these crossing points will be controlled by traffic signals.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.4) 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule to this Notice. 

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 19 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route.

1. the entire length of the western arm of D424 Holland Road, Hurst Green (that length of the service road fronting properties No.20 Holland Road southwards to No.144 Holland Road). Alternative Route – D424 Holland Road;

2. that length of A22 London Road, Felbridge which extends from its junction with The Glebe southwards to the boundary between the District of Tandridge and West Sussex County Council.

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council Footpath No. 362c (Horley) Diversion Order 2017

On 15 April 2025, in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the above Order, Surrey County Council certified that the alternative right of way required under the terms of the above Order has been created to its satisfaction and the Order came into effect on that date.
