Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Frinsted Road, Erith - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable the installation of a new water main by Galliford Try on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Frinsted Road between the junction of Beechfield Road and the junction of Twigg Close, Erith
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Frinsted Road between the junction of Stuart Mantle Way and the junction of Filby Close, Erith
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Frinsted Road between the junction of Filby Close and the junction of Birling Road, Erith
The Order will come into effect on 12 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 months.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,
• Closure Between Beechfield Road and Twigg Close use diversion
Frinsted Road, Stelling Road, Stuart Mantle Way and reverse
• Closure Between Stuart Mantle Way and Filby Close use diversions
Stuart Mantle Way, Stelling Road, Frinsted Road, Birling Road, Frinsted Road
Frinsted Road, Birling Road, Colyers Lane, Ramsden Road, Frinsted Road, Stelling Road, Stuart Mantle Way, Frinsted Road
• Closure Between Filby Close and Birling Road use diversion
Birling Road, Frinsted Road, Stelling Road, Stuart Mantle Way, Frinsted Road and reverse.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Exmouth Road, Welling - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Forefront Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Exmouth Road, Welling, from the junction with Sidmouth Road to the junction with Okehampton Crescent, Welling
Restrictions to be removed when not required.
The Order will come into effect on 12 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Okehampton Crescent, Plymstock Road, Budleigh Crescent, Seaton Road.
Okehampton Crescent, Lodge Hill, Totnes Road, Sidmouth Road, Budleigh Crescent.
Access for residents will be given from Okehampton Crescent only.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Forefront Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to enable their Gas Mains Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Exmouth Road, Welling from the junction with Okehampton Crescent to the junction with Sidmouth Road, Welling
The Order will come into effect on 12 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 7 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress a road closure will be in place.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Sheridan Road Belvedere - Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Morrisons Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to replace the new water mains, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• A road closure in Sheridan Road Belvedere the entire length.
• No waiting and no loading in Sheridan Road the entire length, restrictions will be removed when not required.
• Road closure on Ambrook Road and Paroma Road preventing ingress and egress at Sheridan Road, localised diversions will also be implemented when required.
The Order will come into effect on 1st May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via
• Picardy Street, Picardy Road, Abbey Crescent, Upper Abbey Road, Coleman Road, Upper Sheridan Road
• Paroma Road, Edwards Road, Upper Sheridan Road
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Methuen Road & Poplar Mount, Belvedere - Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable WHO and WHAT, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• A road closure on Methuen Road Belvedere the entire length. Access maintained for emergency services and residents when works allow. Works will be undertaken in phases.
• No waiting no loading on Methuen Road Belvedere, the entire length. Restrictions will be removed when no longer required.
• A road closure on Poplar Mount Belvedere, the entire length. Access maintained for emergency services and residents when works allow. Works will be undertaken in phases.
• No waiting and no loading on Poplar Mount the entire length. Restrictions will be removed when no longer required.
The Order will come into effect on 1st May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 months.
Whilst the works are in progress, (No diversion route will be required)
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Hochtief-Murphy Joint Venture to undertake works in the footway, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Faraday Road, Sidcup from No. 43 to 47 and from No. 57 to 69.
The Order will come into effect on 6 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 11 days.
Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
