NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 77 WADDINGHAM
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024

On 20 February 2025 Lincolnshire County Council confirmed the above-named Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the whole width of Public Footpath No.77 in the parish of Waddingham running from OSGR SK 9875 9660 to OSGR SK 9869 9660. The total length of footpath diverted is 59m as shown between points A-B on the Order plan TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Waddingham to be 2 metres wide running from Clay Lane at OSGR SK 9875 9660 to OSGR SK 9874 9661 to OSGR SK 9869 9660. The total length of footpath added is 60m as shown between points A-C-B on the Order plan.

A copy of the confirmed Order and plan have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL. The Order came into force as from 20 March 2025 but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity, or of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 1 May 2025 make an application to the High Court.
