(Chichester: Theatre Lane) (Temporary Daytime Closure) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Theatre Lane between South Pallant and South Street. The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst property maintenance works are carried out. The Order will come into effect on 19 May 2025 and will last for 18 months. It is anticipated the works on or after 19 May 2025 between 0800 hours and 1700 hours daily and will be completed by 2 June 2025. Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to Dectech Ltd, telephone number 02392 004042. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.
