What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
(CHURCH HILL (PART), WHITE WALTHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)
ORDER 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Church Hill from its junction with Waltham Road to its junction with Footpath No 16 White Waltham.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via Church Hill, B3024 Hurst Lane and Waltham Road.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate highway drainage and patching works and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order shall be in operation daily between 09.00 hours and 15.00 hours from Wednesday 7 May until Thursday 8 May 2025. The road will be closed when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
