NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3),
4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
- No Waiting At Any Time on parts of Albany Road, Beeley Street, Bowdon Street, Cemetery Road, Charter Row, Exeter
Drive, Exeter Way, Hanover Street, Harrow Street, Hodgson Street, Mackenzie Street, Monmouth Street, Napier Street,
Pearl Street, Pomona Street, Sharrow Lane, Smeaton Street, Summerfield Street, Upper Hanover Street, Washington
Road, Wostenholm Road and Young Street
- No Loading at any Time on parts of Charter Row, Fitzwilliam Gate, Priory Place, Wostenholm Road and Young Street
- No Loading Monday to Saturdays 08:00 to 18:30 on parts of Charter Row
- Paid for Parking Place 08:00 to 20.30 on parts of Young Street
- Paid For Parking Place Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30 max stay 2 hours on parts of Pomona Street
- Paid for Parking Place Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30 max stay 10 hours on part of Cemetery Road, Napier Street and
Pomona Street
- Permit Holders Parking Place Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30 on parts of Pomona Street
- Permit Holders Parking Place Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30 on parts of Cemetery Road, Napier Street, Pomona Street
and Upper Hanover Street
- Permit Holders Parking Place on part of Cemetery Road
- Disabled Persons Badge Holders Parking Place on parts of Harrow Street and Napier Street, Wostenholme Road
- With flow bus lane with exemption for Taxi, Pedal Cycle and Authorised Vehicles – At all times on parts of Charter Row
- Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on parts of Bowdon Street, Cemetery Road, Hanover Street, Hanover Way, Harrow Street,
London Road, Mackenzie Street, Pomona Street, Priory Road, St Mary’s Gate, Thomas Street and Upper Hanover Street
- One Way Traffic with Contraflow Cycling on parts of Napier Street, Pearl Street and Young Street
- Prohibited Left Hand Turn Except For Cycles on part of Cemetery Road

- No Loading At Any Time on parts of Glover Road and Staveley Road
- No Loading Monday to Friday 07:30-09:30 and 16:00-18:30 on part of London Road
