Bruton Road - Temporary Closure For Replace A Frame And Cover

What is happening?

Temporary Closure of Bruton Road

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Bruton Road - from the junction with Church View, north-eastwards for a total distance of 33 metres.

This Order will enable Bristol Water to repair or replace a frame and cover.

The Order becomes effective on 15th May 2025 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 20th May 2025 and last until 21st May 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 2 days.
