North Yorkshire – Multiple Temporary Road Closures and Parking Restrictions due to Works
What is happening?
North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Back Side, Duggleby, Order 2025, No. 136
We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Back Side, Duggleby for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 05/05/25 & 19/05/25, due to cable overlay works, excavation to install cable, joint new cable, transfer services including 6 joint holes & 80m track works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 05/08/25. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Parking, Thornton Road, Pickering, Order 2025 No 158
We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from parking on Thornton Road, Pickering due to carriageway resurfacing works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 19/05/25 until 27/05/25 inclusive, however the max duration of this Order will be until 19/08/25. The restriction period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs. Temporary Prohibition of Parking, Eastgate, Pickering, Order 2025 No 159
We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from parking on Eastgate, Pickering due to carriageway resurfacing works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 23/05/25 until 04/06/25 inclusive, however the max duration of this Order will be until 23/08/25. The restriction period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
