(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC

MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2025

On 21 April 2025 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on Carriageway Resurfacing Works) on Bent Crescent from the north junction of Fallside Avenue to the south junction of Fallside Avenue, by reason of works being executed on or near that location.

Alternative routes: There are no alternative routes.

Pedestrian access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure. Vehicular access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure.

No Waiting and No Loading Restrictions from 0800 hours on Tuesday

6th May until 2359 hours on Friday 13 June 2025

No vehicle shall be permitted to wait or load on Bent Crescent, Uddingston over its entire length, on both sides of the road.

The Order, will come into operation at 0001 hours on Tuesday, 6th May and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Friday, 13th June 2025.
