Wildmoor Lane, Temporary Road Closure Due To Underground Cabling Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - WILDMOOR LANE, SHERFIELD ON LODDONM BASINGSTOKE & DEANE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Wildmoor Lane between its junction with Moulshay Lane and its junction with New North Drive.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Wildmoor Lane, Reading Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Tuesday 29th April 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Thursday 1st May 2025 and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Southeast Water to access underground cabling safely. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: contactcentre@southeastwater.co.uk
