Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Vicarage Hill, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for scaffolding for building repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th May 2025 to 27th May 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Vicarage Hill, St Austell from No 3 to junction with Fore Street.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th May 2025 to 29th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Victoria Street, St Columb from junction with West Street to junction with Fore Street.

The County of Cornwall (Victoria Street, Higher East Street, St Columb) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Columb.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Victoria Street from junction of Market Place to junction of West Street, Higher East Street from junction of Fore Street to outside Nos 1-4, St Columb

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th May 2025 to 30th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Vivian Road, Bodmin from junction with Paull Road to junction with Vivian Road Turning Area. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th May 2025 to 28th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction South Of Warleggan Methodist Church To Junction To Yetta, Bodmin for its entire length.
