Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:
(i) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:
BURGH CASTLE – Butt Lane from its junction with Church Road for 815m southwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 6th to 20th May 2025 (may continue until 1st July 2025). Alternative route is via: High Road, Mill Road, Butt Lane. The works promoter is CityFibre Metro Networks Ltd.
CATFIELD – Back Lane/Dale Lane from 250m north of its junction with Church Road for 200m westwards to facilitate pole works from 6th to 8th May 2025 (may continue until 19th June 2025). Alternative route is via: Wood Street, Church Road, Back Lane. The works promoter is BT.
DRAYTON – School Road from its junction with Hall Lane to its junction with Manor Farm Close to facilitate new electrical connection works from 6th to 21st May 2025 (may continue until 2nd July 2025). GORLESTON-ON-SEA – Charter Close from its junction with St Anne’s Crescent for 50m southwards to facilitate new gas connection works from 6th to 9th May 2025 (may continue until 20th June 2025). HEYDON – B1149 Holt Road from its junction with Valley Road to its junction with Heydon Road to facilitate surface dressing works from 8th to 18th May 2025 (may continue until 29th June 2025). The roads 1) and 2) are closed between 19:00 and 05:00 from 6th to 8th May 2025, then between 06:00 and 16:00 from 10th to 12th May 2025 and again between 05:00 to 19:00 19th and 22nd May 2025 only whilst signing and lining closures are in place (may continue until the 3rd July 2025). The road 3) shall be temporarily subject to the suspension of the one-way system (eastbound) to allow vehicles to travel in both a easterly and westerly direction. The road 2) shall be temporarily subject to the suspension of the one-way system (southbound) to allow vehicles to travel in both a southerly and northerly direction between 19:00 and 06:30 from 4th to 5th May 2025 (may continue until the 16th June 2025).

Felthorpe Restricted Byway 10 from its junction with Haveringland Road for 120m westwards and
Horsford Restricted Byway 1 from its junction with Haveringland Road for 120m south eastwards to facilitate construction works of car park and visitor centre and highway improvement works from 30th April to 29th October 2025. HORSTEAD WITH STANNINGHALL – Stanninghall Road from 210m northeast of its junction with Hall Lane for 250m north-eastwards to facilitate tree cutting from 28th April to 2nd May 2025 (may continue until 13th June 2025).
