WITHERN WITH STAIN
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above Order made on 2 April 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that whole width of Public Footpath No.234 in the parish of Withern with Stain running from the A157 at OSGR TF 4303 8212 (A) for 50 metres in a south easterly direction to OSGR TF 4306 8209 (B) then running for 9 metres in a north easterly direction to OSGR TF 4307 8209 (C) then running for 74 metres in a south easterly direction to terminate at an unaffected part of Footpath No.234 at OSGR TF 4312 8204 (D). The total distance between Points A-B-C-D is 133 metres as shown on Order drawing numbered N/212/01168/22-01 TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Withern with Stain to be 2 metres wide running from the A157 at OSGR TF 4304 8213 (F) for 121 metres in a south easterly direction to OSGR TF 4313 8205 (E) then running for 11 metres in a south westerly direction to terminate at an unaffected part of Footpath No.234 at OSGR TF 4312 8204 (D). The total distance between Points F-E-D is 132 metres as shown on Order drawing numbered N/212/01168/22-01. Limitation: kissing gate (BS5709:2018) at OSGR TF 4312 8204 (Point D).

Any representation about or objection to the Order, clearly stating the grounds on which it is made, may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Michelle Walker, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub and Willow House, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH (e-mail: michelle.walker@e-lindsey.gov.uk) not later than 30 May 2025. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, East Lindsey District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. Any representations or objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation.
