Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Esplanade, Fowey from the junction with Lostwithiel Street to the junction with Daglands Road.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one- way order The County of Cornwall (Fowey) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 (Class III) Lostwithiel Street from the junction with Esplanade to the junction with Daglands Road.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works to supply new water source are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 12th May 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

(Road From Abbotscourt Lane To Junction South Of Trelay, Antony)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Antony. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works to restore service and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025 to 13th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1430, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Abbotscourt Lane To Junction South Of Trelay, Antony between grid reference SX 39666 54282 and the Graveyard.

(Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Harrowbarrow. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is
expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025 to 17th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1800 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow between the junction with Callington Road and grid reference SX 40937 70440.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Liskeard. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025 to 18th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Varley Lane, Liskeard for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated Order Date in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Winnolls. This prohibition is necessary for various pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th May 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Butter Villa To Junction North Of Hendra, St Winnolls between grid references SX 33798 55419 and SX 34419 55874.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is
expected that the closure will be from 15th May 2025 to 16th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Station Road between the junction with Lady Beam Court and grid reference SX 36481 71922 and 83257 Between Station Road And Monkscross between the junction with Station Road and grid refrence SX 36634 72029, Callington.

This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Hatt. This prohibition is necessary for carriageway surfacing repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025 to 21st May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Ellbridge Lane, Hatt between the junction with Leigh Lane and the Electrical Sub Station and Road From Leigh Lane To Kingsmill Lake And Farm, Hatt for its entire length.
