What is happening?

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14 

Devon County Council (Footpath No. 5, Bradninch) 
Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order 2025 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From: Tuesday, 6th May 2025 To: Wednesday, 5th November 2025

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. 

Public rights of way affected: Footpath No. 5, Bradninch from Back Lane to Hen Street. 

There is no alternative route. 

The closure is necessary to enable construction work.
