The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2025/0941 CAWSTON, Bulwers Terrace, 25 Chapel Street – Creation of off-street parking to the side of the house. Drop kerb Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area,

2025/0809 AYLSHAM, 11C Market Place – Change of use from residential property to commercial use Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
