(Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking, Waiting, Loading & Unloading) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under sections 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to

  1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Plymbridge Road - from Novorossiysk Road and Wood Park Boulter Close - from Hessary Drive
to number 33
Clittaford Road - from Kinnaird Crescent to Langley Crescent
Southway Drive - from Tamerton Foliot Road to
Pendeen Crescent (phased)
Dunnet Road - from Tamerton Foliot Road to Clittaford Road Station Road - in its entirety
Uxbridge Drive - from Northolt Avenue to Hawkinge Gardens Roman Way - from Peters Park Lane to Victoria Road Whin Bank Road - from St Peters Road to Whitleigh Avenue
St Peters Road - from Manadon roundabout to Sheridon Road St Georges Avenue - from Beauchamp Road to Langstone Road Beaconfield Road - from North Down Crescent to number 1 Montpellier Road
Segrave Road - from North Prospect Road to Outland Road Furneaux Road - from North Prospect Road to Clevedon Park Avenue Granby Way - from Park Avenue to Vivid Approach

The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading and unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. Alternative routes will be signed as appropriate. Gatemen will be available for resident access.

It is anticipated that the phased resurfacing and all associated work will take place at the above locations between 28th May 2025 until 21st July 2025. Advance warning boards will be displayed on site at each location to communicate exact dates and times nearer the time.

The Order shall come into force on 28th May 2025 and will continue in force for a maximum of 18 months.
