Orchard Gardens, Temporary Road Closure Due To Supply Alteration Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U82321, Orchard Gardens, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U82321, Orchard Gardens, Hereford, outside no 31. Grid Ref: 351552/238384.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Putson Avenue onto Orchard Gardens and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to supply alteration works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 6th of May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 6 days.
