Risbury Mill, Temporary Road Closure Due To Meter Works
What is happening?
Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1110 From Risbury Mill, Risbury, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1110 From Risbury Mill, Risbury, Butt Oak Farm. Grid Ref: 355346/254928.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1110 From Little Maidenhyde onto the C1114 From C1110 To Hollybush Cottage onto the A417 onto Bowley Lane and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to meter works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 7th of May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
