Ar 24 Ebrill 2025, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn a fydd, dros dro, yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd (ac eithrio Cerbydau Nwyddau Trwm) rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd Heol Caerffili o’r gyffordd â Heol Tŷ Glas i’r gyffordd â Heol Tŷ W ern.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw, a disgwylir iddo ddod i rym ddydd Sul 27 Ebrill 2025 a pharhau mewn grym tan ddydd Iau 1 Mai 2025 neu nes i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau. Mae’r gwaith wedi’i drefnu o 7:00pm bob nos tan 5:00am bob bore.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.

Bydd y llwybr arall i gerbydau yr effeithir arnynt gan y gorchymyn hwn ar hyd Heol Beulah, Heol Pant-bach Road a Heol Tŷ W ern. Y llwybr arall ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n gadael Ffordd Mograig fydd ar hyd Heol Waun-y- Groes, Heol-y-Bont a Heol Pant-bach.

Caniateir mynediad i Gerbydau Nwyddau Trwm gan nad oes llwybr arall addas.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(CAERPHILLY ROAD, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

On the 24th April 2025, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicle (with the exception of Heavy Goods Vehicles) from using or proceeding along Caerphilly Road from its junction with Ty-Glas Road and Beulah Road to its junction with Ty-Wern Road.

This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near to the highway and will come into operation on Sunday 27th April 2025 and is expected to be in operation until Thursday 1st May 2025 or until works are complete. The works are scheduled to take place from 7:00pm each evening to 5.00am each morning.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

The main alternative route for vehicles affected by this closure will be via Beulah Road, Pantbach Road and Ty-Wern Road. The alternative route for vehicles exiting from Ffordd Mograig will be via Waun-Y-Groes Road, Heol-Y-Bont and Pantbach Road.

Access will be permitted for Heavy Goods Vehicles as there is no suitable alternative route.

This Order is known as “The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Caerphilly Road, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025”.
