What is happening?

Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2025 NOTICE OF VARIATION No.1 (Group 10)


Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council hereby gives notice that, pursuant of section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, it is to amend the charges to park vehicles in the Car Parks, which are listed in the Schedule of the above Order, as detailed below.
The changes for Group 10 of the Schedule, which is the Car Park at
Ryarsh Lane (West Malling)

will be:

The times of operation of the Season Ticket holders only period be changed as follows:

Current period New period
Season ticket holders only between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday, including public holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) Season ticket holders only between 8am and 2:45pm Monday to Friday, including public holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day)

There are no variations to the charging period, or to the applicable penalty
charges. The new charges imposed by this Notice shall come into force on
23 June 2025.
