Hawthorn Way and Beech Grove - Traffic Regulation
What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (hawthorn way and beech grove, carlton-in-lindrick, bassetlaw) (prohibition of waiting) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (1310)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Carlton-in-Lindrick in the District of Bassetlaw: -
1. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road:
BEECH GROVE, CARLTON-IN-LINDRICK (both sides)
From its junction with Hawthorn Way in a south-easterly direction for 10 metres.
HAWTHORN WAY, CARLTON-IN-LINDRICK (the south-west side)
From a point 12 metres south-west of its junction with Beech Grove in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.
2. Other Restrictions:- Bus Stop Clearway – No Stopping at any time except buses on the following length of road:
HAWTHORN WAY, CARLTON-IN-LINDRICK (the south-west side)
From a point 31 metres south-west of its junction with Beech Grove in a north-easterly direction for 19 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 30th APRIL 2025
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking at these locations.
