Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U21080 Station Street, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (The Crescent, Old Station Road and Ednall Lane, Bromsgrove) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Temporary Suspension) (Part) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U21080 Station St from its junction with B4184 Worcester Rd to its junction with U21081 Hanover St and to temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (The Crescent, Old Station Road and Ednall Lane, Bromsgrove) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 to allow two-way traffic on those roads for residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.
Reason: Utility works by BT.
Alternative route: Diversion (Anticlockwise) – U21084 Ednall Ln, B4184 New Rd, B4184 High St, B4184 Worcester Rd.
Diversion (Clockwise) – B4184 Worcester Rd, B4091 Hanover St, A448 St John St, B4184 High St, B4184 New Rd, U21080 The Cr.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.
Commencing: 19 May 2025.
(U21431 Rednal Hill Lane, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U21431 Rednal Hill Ln from its junction with U21432 Lander Ct for a distance of 107 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Installation and aerialway equipment by WCC.
Alternative routes: U21431 Rednal Hill Ln (part), U21426 Cock Hill Ln, U21428 Lickey Hills Av, and B4120 Monument Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 19 May 2025.
(C2157 Greenhill, Tutnall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2157 Greenhill from its junction with B4096 Alcester Rd to its junction with U22401 Stoney Ln.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Alternative route: C2157 Greenhill (part), U21405 St. Andrews Rd, U21401 Spirehouse Ln, B4096 Alcester Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 21 May 2025.
(C2062 Rocky Ln, South Hagley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2062 Rocky Ln from its junction with A491 Stourbridge Rd to its junction with U21537 Hinton Fields.
Reason: Utility works by Folkers Ltd.
Alternative route: C2062 Crossbush Rd, C2062 Rocky Ln, U22001 Brook Rd, B4091 Stourbridge Rd, C2062 Rocky Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.
Commencing: 21 May 2025.
(A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass (Footway), Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close the footway on A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass (east side) from its junction with A38 Birmingham Rd roundabout to its junction with A38 Birmingham Rd (south of).
Reason: Footway construction by WCC.
Alternative route: A38 BREP Southbound - Rocky (source (Southbound) footway), Cross under Subway.
Alternative route: A38 Redditch Rd (Northbound) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 184 days.
Works commencing: 12 May 2025.
(B4090 Droitwich Road, Hanbury) (Layby Only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of the layby situated on B4090 Droitwich Rd from its junction with B4090 Droitwich Rd in its entirety.
Reason: Laying bins for chippings for surface dressing by WCC.
Alternative route: No diversion as layby closure only.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 156 days.
Works Commencing: 28 April 2025.
(U20602 Spring Lane, Romsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U20602 Spring Ln from its junction with C2166 Field House Ln to its junction with C2166 South Hill Ln.
Reason: New water connection by South Staffordshire Water.
Alternative route: C2166 South Hill Ln, C2166 Field House Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 30 April 2025.
(C2152 Uphampton to Holt Road, Uphampton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2152 Uphampton to Holt Rd from its junction with B4090 Droitwich Rd to its junction with U40029 Wards Ln.
Reason: Surface dressing by B1.
Alternative route: C2152 Uphampton to Holt Rd (part), C2142 Hawford Ln, A4133 Holt Fleet Rd, A4133 Main Rd, U40029 Wards Ln, C2152 Uphampton to Holt Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

(C2280 Wildmoor Lane, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2280 Wildmoor Lane from its junction with U22039 Mill Lane to its junction with U21551 Ashenal Road.
Reason: Remedial water works by Severn Trent Water.
Alternative route: C2280 Wildmoor Lane (part), U22028 Wildmoor Lane, Agil Sandy Lane, B4091 Stourbridge Road, B4185 Meadow Road, C2280 Wildmoor Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 28 April 2025.
PERMISSION TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
