EASTBOUND EXIT SLIP ROAD

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited(a) has made an Order on the A14 Trunk Road in the County of Cambridgeshire, because of the likelihood of danger to the public.

The Order will come into force on 29 April 2025 and remain in force until the likelihood of danger ceases, or for a maximum duration of eighteen months, whichever is the earlier.

The effect of the Order will be to close, for 24 hours daily, the exit slip road leading from the eastbound carriageway of the A14 at Junction 15, Bythorn.

Eastbound traffic wishing to access Bythorn will be directed to exit the A14 at J16 then via the B660, Brington Road and Thrapston Road to continue their journey.

The closure (which will not apply to winter maintenance, emergency service or traffic officer vehicles) and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
