Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Church Hill, Ludgvan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Ludgvan.
This prohibition is necessary for safety reasons for Engineer to work in overhead structure and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th May 2025, for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Church Hill, Ludgvan for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site.

The County of Cornwall (Deveral Road, Fraddam) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fraddam.
This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th May 2025 to 23rd May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Deveral Road, Fraddam from between No 39 and No 38.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Townshend.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th May 2025 to 23rd May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Godolphin Bridge, Townshend between the junction with Townshend and property Godolphin Mill. An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mousehole.
This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd May 2025 to 24th May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Gurnick Street, Mousehole between grid reference SW46902 26076 and the junction of Saltponds.

The County of Cornwall (Gwavas Quay and The Strand, Newlyn) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Newlyn.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2025 to 16th May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Gwavas Quay between the junctions with The Fragdan and The Strand and The Strand between the junction with Gwavas Quay and property Survitecgroup And Distribution Ltd, 72 The Strand, Newlyn.
