TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES, TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTIONS, TEMPORARY ONE-WAY SUSPENSION, – VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2025 (No.17)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1. Manor Park Drive, Yateley, Hart between its junction with Reading Road and its junction with Handford Lane

2. Macrae Road, Yateley, Hart between its junction with Hall Lane and its junction with Firgrove Road

3. Shamblehurst Lane North, Botley, Eastleigh between its junction with Winchester Road and its junction with Stroudley Way

4. Hyde Lane, Ecchinswell, Basingstoke between its junction with Knightsbridge Lane and its junction with Ecchinswell Road

25. Woodman Lane (including Dean Lane junction), Winchester between its junction with B3049 Stockbridge Road and its junction with Watley Lane

26. Gifford Close, Fareham between its junction with Gudge Heath Lane and its termination

27. Hill View Road, Braishfield, Test Valley between its junction with Braishfield Road and its termination

TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road:

Bramley Road, Little London, Basingstoke between its junction with Silchester Road and its junction with 60mph speed limit change sign

ROADS TO BE CLOSED TO VEHICLES AND ACCOMPANIED HORSES –

Sciviers Lane, Upham, Winchester between its junction with Durley Street/Winters Hill and its junction with Winchester Road

Alternative Route: Winchester Road, Winters Hill

ONE-WAY SUSPENSION – To temporarily suspend the one-way system on the following road:

Elm Avenue, New Milton, New Forest the one-way restriction between B3058 and Old Milton Road will be suspended for the duration of the works.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 5?? May 2025 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
